Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zufest websites, applications and services (together, the "Service") provided by Zufest ("Zufest", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.

2. Accounts

• Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and, for organisers, for the members you invite to your organisation.

3. Organisers and attendees

Organisers use the Service to publish events, sell tickets and run their events. The organiser, not Zufest, is responsible for its event, including its content, its ticket terms and refund policy, and its compliance with applicable law. When you register for an event, your contract for that event is with its organiser.

4. Payments

Ticket prices, discounts and fees are set by the organiser and calculated by the Service. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. Fees for the Service are described on our pricing page or in your agreement with us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• harass, spam or abuse other users, or misuse networking and messaging features;
• upload malicious code, or probe, disrupt or overload the Service;
• access data or accounts you are not authorised to access;
• resell or copy the Service except as these Terms allow.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, store, display and process it as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict accounts, organisations or events that breach these Terms or put users or the Service at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or in the Service. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Zufest is established, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
