Our story
One record for every attendee
Most events run on a patchwork: one tool to sell tickets, another to print badges, a third for the agenda app and yet another for the stream. Every hand-off is a spreadsheet, and every spreadsheet is a chance for someone to be turned away at the door.
Zufest started from a simple idea: an event should have one source of truth. The ticket someone buys is the badge they scan, the agenda they plan, the people they meet and the stage they watch.
Today organisers use Zufest for conferences, trade expos, hybrid programmes and corporate events, with the same platform serving the organiser's workspace and the attendee's phone.
